HVAC Commercial Service Technician
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the service & repair of Commercial HVAC equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Commercial equipment including RTU’s, VAV’s, VFD’s, boilers, chillers and hydronic systems to name a few
- Extremely motivated
- Excellent communication skills to clients and office staff
- Available to work Monday – Friday with rotating on-call schedule
- Iowa Journeyman’s license or ability to obtain one

HVAC Residential Installer
Requirements
- Minimum of 2years of experience of installing & servicing Residential HVAC equipment
- Ability to follow controls/wiring diagrams and schematics as well to solder/weld/braze and preform minor field fabrication during installation of furnace, a/c, boilers.
- Valid driver’s license
- Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Residential equipment
- Extremely motivated
- Excellent communication skills to clients and office staff
- Available to work Monday – Friday with rotating on-call schedule
